Desarrollamos programas de actualizaci\u00f3n de conocimientos, y hemos logrado incidir en los temas que se abordan en los programas de educaci\u00f3n de pregrado y posgrado en la instituci\u00f3n. Realizamos actividades a nivel empresa que pretenden mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas de gobierno corporativo y sostenibilidad a trav\u00e9s de asesor\u00eda y acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico. Lo anterior cubre los proyectos de consultor\u00eda para la valoraci\u00f3n y desarrollo de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de gobierno corporativo, as\u00ed como los procesos de acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico realizados por el CEGC del CESA, de manera individual o de manera conjunta con el Banco Mundial a trav\u00e9s de la IFC, el Instituto Colombiano de Gobierno Corporativo y Page Executive, entre otros aliados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In terms of its relationship with the business sector, the CEGC is the technical ally of various counterparts in the market, among them the Colombian Stock Exchange, the IFC of the World Bank Group, and various of the country\u2019s superintendencies, professional and business associations, and chambers of commerce. CEGC members also accompany various organizations, from new ventures to university or state entities, in the development and consolidation of good corporate governance practices. Among the organizations forming part of this process are companies that are among the most liquid of issuers on the Colombian Stock Exchange.<\/span><\/p>

In terms of institutional activism, the CEGC has the role of technical secretary for initiatives such as Colombia\u2019s 30% club and the BIC Condition Observatory.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lo anterior se realiza a trav\u00e9s de las funciones sustantivas de la academia, que son investigaci\u00f3n, docencia y extensi\u00f3n. Nuestra agenda de investigaci\u00f3n nos permite no solo conocer y estar al tanto de las discusiones en gobierno de la sostenibilidad en el \u00e1mbito internacional, sino adem\u00e1s realizar investigaci\u00f3n sobre la realidad en Colombia y Am\u00e9rica Latina, para contribuir al avance de las pr\u00e1cticas en la regi\u00f3n. Fruto de estos aprendizajes podemos alimentar las discusiones en los salones clase, para estudiantes de pregrado y posgrados en nuestra instituci\u00f3n.
