Colombia, que se ha hecho evidente gracias a nuestras investigaciones realizadas, creamos en el 2018, el Programa Liderazgo Mujeres en Juntas Directivas que busca fortalecer las habilidades de liderazgo femenino y corporativo, y los conocimientos en gobierno corporativo de las mujeres, buscando incrementar su nivel de participaci\u00f3n en estos puestos. El programa cuenta desde su creaci\u00f3n con aliados relevantes en el pa\u00eds, que decidieron apoyar la iniciativa propuesta por el CESA a trav\u00e9s del CEGC. Los aliados a hoy son: Aequales, ANDI, Deloitte, el Instituto Colombiano de Gobierno Corporativo, Page Group, Orza, Women In Connection y 30% Club.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Programa ha logrado encontrar posiciones de liderazgo para las mujeres participantes, de la mano de los aliados estrat\u00e9gicos y de la Vicepresidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, apoy\u00f3 la iniciativa y envi\u00f3 cartas a m\u00e1s de 3,000 empresas durante 2020 y 2021, invitando a incorporar m\u00e1s mujeres en juntas directivas.<\/span><\/p><p>En 2023 extendimos la iniciativa hasta M\u00e9xico D.F. junto con El Consejo de Empresas Globales en M\u00e9xico, Aequales, Deloitte, el Banco, Mundial-IFC y Page Executive, como un esfuerzo colaborativo para poner en marcha un programa de entrenamiento para mujeres en materia de Liderazgo y Gobierno Corporativo, con el objetivo es fortalecer sus perfiles y habilidades e incrementar la probabilidad de que estas mujeres participen en las dem\u00e1s participantes, creamos en 2021, la Comunidad de Liderazgo Mujeres en Juntas Directivas, conformada por las mujeres que han pasado por el programa. La Comunidad es un espacio dedicado a fortalecer las redes de trabajo y profundizar escenarios de colaboraci\u00f3n y visibilizaci\u00f3n conjunta. Adem\u00e1s, busca promover el liderazgo femenino en juntas directivas con mujeres preparadas desde el ser y el hacer en gobierno corporativo, para desempe\u00f1arse exitosamente aportando al a estereotipos y sesgos de g\u00e9nero, creamos en el a\u00f1o 2020, se cre\u00f3 el Banco de Hojas de Vida con el firme prop\u00f3sito de divulgar los perfiles de mujeres l\u00edderes en el pa\u00eds, en espacios corporativos, para incrementar su probabilidad de participaci\u00f3n en puestos de liderazgo, especialmente en puestos de juntas directivas u \u00f3rganos equivalentes. La iniciativa se promueve gracias al trabajo en conjunto entre el CEGC y Women in Connection; el 30% Club; la Vicepresidencia de la Rep\u00fablica y los aliados del Programa Liderazgo Mujeres en Juntas Directivas: Aequales, ANDI, la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1, Deloitte, el Instituto Colombiano de Gobierno Corporativo, IFC de Banco Mundial, Orza y Page Executive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bank is made available at no cost to business entities in search of a specific profile for their board of directors, and uses a blind methodology proposed by Page Executive.
